Get Ready for Oktoberfest

Join Us for Octoberfest in the Church Courtyard Friday September 27!

Get ready for a delightful evening filled with fun, food, and festivities! Join us for our upcoming Oktoberfest, where you can enjoy the lively tunes of the "Bouncing Czechs" while indulging in a traditional feast featuring schnitzel, bratwurst, potato salad, sauerkraut, and red cabbage. Dancing is included.

The Bouncing Czechs Perform

Bring your friends and family and feel free to BYOB to make the evening even more enjoyable; though lemonade, water, and iced tea are provided. There is no charge for kids. A special kids’ menu is provided so sign them up so we know how much food to prepare. A gluten-free offering is also available. This is a wonderful opportunity for family fun to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories in our community.

Mark your calendar, for Friday, September 27, starting at 5:00. The band starts playing at 5:30! Food service begins at 6:00. The band goes home at 7:30.

Tickets are available in the Narthex each Sunday after the worship service. The cost is $20.00

Your help is welcome. Volunteer your kitchen for an afternoon and invite some friends to prepare parts of the meal; all ingredients will be provided. Your assistance with setting up, keeping the food line moving smoothly, and cleaning up after is always appreciated. See the sign-up lists in the Narthex or let Sharlot Prokop know you want to help.

We are also planning to have a 50/50 Raffle, but you must be present to win. The menu will include German Schnitzel (Schweineschnitzel), German potato salad, Bratwurst on a bun, German Sauerkraut, appetizers and dessert. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
